Q: Why can’t I view any tickets/contracts/payments/delayed pricing/storage when I go to that section?
  • A: Check the date filter in the top left hand corner.
    The defaults for each section are below:
    Deliveries: Last 90 Days
    Contracts: Delivery in the Next 12 Months
    Payments: Last 12 Months
    Delayed Pricing: Last 12 Months
    Storage: Last 12 Months
     
    Expand the filter to a broader date range or select a custom date range to see more results.
     
    Also, check the Filter button on the top right hand corner on Deliveries, Contracts, Delayed Pricing and Storage categories. Previously selected criteria may be impacting your results.

Q: When I click on a delivery sheet, contract document or payment document, why do I receive the following error message:
“The document you are requesting is not available on FarmView at this time. Please contact your merchandiser for assistance.” 
  • A: Currently, only documents from the last 6 months are available on FarmView. Check the date of the item you are searching for. If it is past six months ago, the document is not available and you will receive the message above.

Q: When I click on a delivery sheet, contract document or payment document, nothing happens.
  • A: The document will open in a new window on the mobile and web versions. Be sure you have allowed pop-ups, or the window will be blocked from displaying.

Q: I have split tickets, how do I view the total and the split amount?
  • A: Within the Deliveries section, there are two totals: 'Your Bushels' & 'Total Delivered.' Both are listed on each ticket and as overall totals by commodity and location.
    • Your Bushels: The quantity from the ticket that was applied to your account. Within the ticket details, you can see all the accounts that received bushels in the ticket and how many bushels were applied to each account.
    • Total Delivered: The total bushels delivered on the ticket
  • To view only tickets delivered under a specific farm or split, use the Filter function in the Deliveries, Delayed Pricing & Storage sections. The filter button is on the top right hand corner of the screen. From the Filter options, select the ‘Farm’ the tickets were delivered under to narrow the ticket results. After applying the filter, the resulting tickets will be those delivered under the selected split(s). 

Q: How does GrainBridge interact with Farmview?
  • A: A link to GrainBridge can be accessed from the Tools section of Farmview. Access ‘Tools’ by using the menu on the right.
     
    Clicking on the link to GrainBridge in the Tools section of Farmview will take you directly to the GrainBridge platform, but no information is directly linked between the two applications at this time.

Q: How can I reset my password?
  • A: Use the ‘Reset it here’ link at the bottom of the login page (below the password field). Enter the email associated with your FarmView account and click 'Submit.' Check your email inbox for an email from donotreply@adm.com. The subject line will read: User Password Reset Request. In the body of the email, use the here button to follow the link to reset your password. Check out our Help article and video on how to reset your password for more descriptive instructions!
     
    To access the login screen use one of the options below:
    • From the side menu on the top right on your mobile device, select My Account
    • OR select the Login button the top right of the website
Q: I forgot my username--how do I find it?
  • A: Use the ‘Retrieve it here’ button at the bottom of the login page (below the password field). Enter the email associated with your FarmView account and click 'Submit.' Check your email inbox for an email from donotreply@adm.com. The subject line will read: e-ADM User Login Request. In the body of the email look for Login: ______. Use what is listed as your username in FarmView. Check out our Help article and video on how to retrieve your username for more descriptive instructions & screenshots!
